Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumkur
I believe Bangalore Institute of Technology is one of the better State Technical Institutes in Karnataka after RVCE, BMS and MS Ramaiah Bangalore. The institute has good infrastructure, faculty and campus facilties. Being located near IT Hubs at Bangalore, provide impetus to training and placement prospects. Most of the Top Companies like Infosys, Cognizant, Amazon, Microsoft, Accenture,TCS, Axis,HCL visit the institute for campus recruitment.
Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well
Based on your rank you have slight chances to get into your preferred college.
Don't worry if you didn't get it in first round ,try for the college in other rounds.
Also try to put some back up option as cutoffs tend to change every year based on various factors.
Hope for the best!

Top recruiting companies are Bosch, TCS, Toyota, etc. They have good infrastructure and they have highly qualified teaching faculties.
DSCE have better overall ratings than RNSIT, SIT Tumkur. They have good but inconsistent placement records, average placement record is around 70%. Highest package offered is 15Lakhs per annum, lowest package offered is 3Lakhs per annum and average package offered is 4.5-5Lakhs per annum. Hello,
If we go through previous year data at the end of round 2, then closing rank for CSE in The National Institute of Engineering and Siddaganga Institute of Technology was 4517 and 5713 respectively for general merit, but remember that cutoffs vary every year based on multiple factors such as seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc, check out previous year cut-offs at https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/comedk-uget-cutoff

Dear Student,

The highest salary package offered was 14 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was around 2.4 LPA .
Siddaganga Institute of Technology is a technological institute in Tumakuru, Karnataka, India. A lot of courses are here. Fees for B.Tech goes upto 2.44 lakhs. Placement percentage is nearly 100% For the year 2017, for CSE branch the average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA whereas the highest salary package offered was 10 LPA.
Overall in terms of infrastructure both the colleges are good. But in terms of placements JNTUA college is good.
Hope this helps.
dear student
In all the aspects comparing with BIT & SIT Tumkur, NIE Mysuru is a very good college because of the teaching faculties and study environment which u will not get in bangalore (faculties might be good but the environment is way bad). Mysore being the cleanest city of India lies in the lap of nature and has best weather in the country. People say about the exposure shits.. But the more bigger city u live in, the more it will be distracting for u, although it depends on u how u use ur resources!! Well as far as NIE is concerned it is known to be the 2nd best clg after NIT Surathkal in the mechanical branch! But this year a CS student has gobbled a package of 28 lakhs which is highest in karnataka. If u get this clg take it or leave it and u will regret later!!

As per your question, according to your rank in KCET and as per free seat eligibilty in CSE branch honestly you had low chances to get this seat. But don't worry you may get colleges as per your rank like :-
1) PES Institute of Technology and Management (PESITM):-at a fee structure of 2 lakh
2) BCET - Bangalore College of Engineering and Technology:-2.38 lakh
3) Adichunchanagiri Institute of Technology:-2.38lakh
4) CMR University (School of Engineering and Technology):-9 lakh

Congratulations for getting good rank in KCET 2020. As you are not mentioned any category in the question so I am answering according to general category only. According to last some years cut offs sorry to say but you have very very less or probably no any chances of getting admission into this institution in CSE branch with this rank. You should also go through the below link for getting more information about the cut offs which will clear your all doubt regarding admission chances.
