Hello Himanshu Singh , Both the colleges are best in infrastructure, placement and all. But the NIE mysore is more better than SIT Thumkur but the problem is that the fees at NIT is approx 9 lakh and for SIT is 2 lakh approx.

Although the branch selection is based totally upto you, upon your interest of subjects. As it is but obvious that you wouldn't waste your time, money in studying something which doesn't interests you and that also for 4 years. Still according to me I guess SJCE ISE

Comedk does not provide reservation for OBC caste, the only merit offered is people who are OBC need 40% aggregate marks in 12th standard. Based on your ranking, CSE seems like a long shot but you try for branches like EEE and ECE, you'll definitely get in the top 10

According to last year admission I don't think you can get this course in Siddaganga Institute of Technology if you are general category. But you can apply this course for other colleges through your rank .
