Hey no it’s not possible you have to appear for one mandatory entrance test to secure a seat .

Yeah you need to give an entrance test named DU LLB. And you need to meet eligibility criteria:

Candidates must hold the Graduate degree in any discipline fromDU or any other recognized University. Minimum Marks: Candidate has to secure at least 50% marks in qualifying exam.

Also some more info for you:

The registration fee is Rs. 250/- for SC/ST/PwD candidates. For General and OBC candidates, the registration fee is Rs. 500/-. Application fee is non-refundable.
