So coming to your question, YES, you are completely eligible to give the BITSAT exam. Recently the government has approved that open schooling is equal to regular schooling and students who have passed through open schooling are completely eligible for the entrance exams such as BITS, JEE Mains etc.

The NEET exam is National Eligibility Enterance Test which is conducted by NTA-National Testing Agency. The eligibility criteria for NEET exam is you must have obtained 50% in 10+2 qualification with equivalent board and with science stream subjects like Physics, chemistry and Biology and also English with 60% marks.
If you are from Science stream with all these subjects given above you are definitely eligible for the NEET exam.
The NEET exam 2022 is going to happen on 17th July 2022. The admit card is released at NTA website i.e neetnta.nic.in.

In order to pursue career in Engineering through B.tech degree, you must have completed your 10+2 by Science stream Physics, chemistry and Math with Minimum 50% marks from any recognized board.

Even if you complete your 12th in BOSSE you can definitely aaply for NEET UG and get a MBBS seat for sure.
