how wake up early in the morning on 5 am and how improve sleep quality for sleep better in less time

You can sleep early at night and then get up early. But if you ask for sleep better in less time, then the only way to reach there is to increase your dedication level. Once you get focused and dedicated to achieve things, these things won't matter to you. Even if you sleep 3-4 hours at night and have to get up early and study, it will be definitely possible. Trust me, I had become the same at the later end.
