Your admission to DU depends upon your performance in DUET, though 170 /400 is bit less score to get seat in DU. As cut off for BA hons in Delhi University is very high in top colleges like Hansraj college, Ramjas college, hindu College etc but you may try in other colleges of Delhi University.

With 883 marks in General Category the chances of you getting a seat in Social Sciences in BHU are high as according to previous year statistics the last rank in general  category to get a regular seat in BHU social scxience was around 1600.
