I want to tell you that there are various colleges which offers BA social science and their total fees varies.
If you go to the private colleges their fees would be much higher in comparison to the government colleges.
Government colleges the fees ranges from 2000 to 50000 and in which you can also get free waving as you belongs to SC category if you satisfy the criteria of minimum annual income of the family.

Tamil Nadu open university is obviously approved by Kerala PSC and even Tamil Nadu University is approved by Kerala PSC. IGNOU distance B. Ed programme is recognised by Kerala PSC. Other Distance B. Ed programmes are not recognised by Kerala Public Service Commission. Otherwise minimum 45% - 50% in Class 12 and graduation is the selection criteria.
It has most of the good faculties and well established infrastructure.

According to CBSE and State board, if a student fails to give exam they marked them as absent . So, you can give your exam next year as a regular student.
