is a two year postgraduate degree in social work. MSW degree is offered by many prestigious universities across the world .

well i cant the exact package offered for masters in social work in delhi school but in india In India, the average salary of a Social Worker can be expected between Rs 2 to 3 lakh per annum. With more experience and responsibilities you can expect a really good salary package.

If you're academically inclined,you can further go for MPhil/PhD in social work,opportunities are present in government as well as private sector and there're international organizations such as UNICEF/ UNESCO.

People can set up their own NGO and work towards advancement of society with number of existing issues. Other job profiles include that of counselor, therapist, social worker,CSR representative.project coordinator, professor etc

Hello,

Yes, Delhi University does provide MA in Social Work.It is 2-year post-graduate course.
The eligibility criteria requires a candidate to have a Bachelors Degree or its equivalent ( under the 10+2+3 year ) in any discipline with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.
Final year students can also apply.
Admission is based on Entrance Test and Personal Interview. Currently there is no notification regarding availability of application form.You can check more information of University of Delhi website

No, Jawaharlal Nehru University does not offer Masters in Social work.  On the other hand Jamia Millia Islamia does offer MSW in New Delhi. And jamia's MSW is considered one of the best in NCR. You can reach out to us for more information regarding courses/admissions/entrance tests.

Aap M.A social work hindi medium se study kar sakte ho.

Bohot si institutions me ye course ko MSW -master in social work  ke naam se available hai. Is courses ka duration minimum 2 years hota hai.

Bohot se institutions me hindi medium se M.A in social work ka course available hai.

For example indra gandhi open university (ignou) distance learning mode se M.A in social work ka course provide karti hai.

Hi Megha Hada,

The Eligibility criteria set by the college for admission in MA with social work is 55% in graduation  from any affiliated board.

Eligible candidates need to appear for the Entrance Test conducted by the university.And then the merit list will be made on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance test.

Sorry to say Megha but you are not eligible for the Entrance Test.
