Software Developer
When somebody wants to be software engineer in HCLwhether you come after an engineering graduation or whether you come through Tech Bee programme, It’s one in the same because both of you are doing same job for me. Are you doing the job well, Are you a good performer, Are you a good team worker, Do you have good communication skills all these make a person to grow in career so career growth for Tech Bee and an engineering graduate in HCL for the first five year is the same, It’s nothing different and end of the day it left individual & based on his or her performance so if a graduate comes to me with his resume what do I look for, What’s the other questions so we know that he/she is a good graduate marks matter, Marks is the first criteria after they do B.A to get into from the campus to participate in any of HCL shortlisting processes.
Every company has its own cutoff marks, Student pursuing engineering should get good marks in engineering school to stay a head from others because that’s basic ask to appear for the interview. If they have done summer project it will be fantastic, They will be safe beautifully in shortlisting process because they have prior experience.

hi,
see soft ware engineer, soft ware developer, full stack developer all are name given by the organization and authority as per their criteria, and it differs according to company wise, however there is nothing like software developer earns more than the full stack developer or some thing, salary structure depends on the work and project and your organization, years of experiences, however you can go for any of the mentioned profile if you are interested for computer programming and do bachelors course or b.tech course related with information technology or computer science.
Lokesh, Software developer is a job designation. Various companies have various designations for the same role. So to start off, if you are in your 12th, you should be appearing for B.Tech Entrance examinations like JEE, VITEEE, etc depending on the Institution that you want to study in. Few Colleges offer B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering with Cyber Security and Forensics. You need to appear for their Entrance examinations and study B.Tech with this specialisation. Post the completion of your course, you get placements accordingly.
Hey there
There are individual courses for both of these which you can do to learn software development or cyber security. But since you are in 12th you can do engineering in computer science as in this you can learn all these things plus if you do your BTech from a reputed college you will end up getting a good job package. You can go for BCA too you can learn these in BCA too as coding is a basic requirement.
Good luck
in many universities there are programs which offers masters+PHD in this way you can easily do PHD even though you have no masters degree right now. most of such degrees are offered by foreign universities like MIT, harvard, caltech, yale etc. In india IISC, IITs and many others provide such courses.
