Hello. The admission to BVSc course in A.P. is based on the score in APEAMCET exam but not based on NEET score. Similarly for some other states are also conducting common entrance exam of their own for these professional courses excepting Medicine (MBBS admissions based on NEET score).

Yes, you can definitely become a Software Engineer even if you haven't chosen Computer as a subject in class 12. To become a software engineer, you can do B.Tech in Computer Science branch.
