One thing must be cleared that you are not late at all. The minimum age to appear for SBI PO exam is 20 years old. And you are only 21 years. So you have enough time and this is the perfect time to start your preparation. And the most important thing is that you wany don't want to lose. Don't feel like that you are lost, your friends are going over you. Don't go for competition. There are students who qualify SBI PO in first time. But there are more students who can't qualify in the very first attempt. But they don't lose hope. They stuck to it until they reach their goal. So when you have time, you must prepare for the examination rather than thinking all these. If this is fear of failure, it can be cured only by not thinking about these. First of all it will be very difficult for you to master in all such languages like Spanish French and German along with English when it comes with the study of pursuing degree in medicine. But if you are planning to get a job for doing practice in US or other states of America like places then it is quite useless of doing medicine degree in Spanish French and German. It all depends on you.
