You cannot get a completely free seat at Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology with a rank of 25,489.

For BC category students, full fee reimbursement is generally available only for much lower TS EAMCET ranks.

CSE seat at SNIST or Anurag University is very demanding so with your rank it is not possible that you get seat there.

However, you have better chances for CSE or its specializations, such as AI/ML, at NGIT or KMEC.

KMIT association gives NGIT and KMEC a major advantage, potentially
