as per the last year cut-off according to you rank if you are belong to open category then you have no chances for getting admission in SSN college in CSE and IT if you are belong to SC/ST category then you have many chances for getting admission in SSN college in CSE and IT branch.

Maths -100% , physics and chemistry -50% of your scores.. so if u get 100 in maths, 90 in physical, 80 in chemistry, your cut off will be -100+(90+80)/2 =185. And if you mean the cut off that is set by the college for you to be called for the aptitude test, its based on these competition. The college calls a reasonable no of students for the aptitude test. So if there are more no of people scoring very high marks (more than you)in the year you apply ,then the city of will be high and maybe you will not be called. Its dynamically decided every year but you can rely on previous years trends and hope for the best!

admission at SSN is purely based on merit. It depends on how much you score in your 12th . Since there are very less number of sests in SSN, be quick in applying for the admissions.

There are totally 25 seates allocated in b.tech program for different state boards . The toppers in the boards are given full scholarshiped admissions in SSN. The admissions are on a walk-in-walk-out basis.Apply directly to the college and attend the further interview.

It is not more like an interview. They just check if you have good communicating skills. Interview questions will be mostly based on your profile like tell about yourself , or any topic your prefer. And another possibility question is that , why did yiu choose this particular branch. Be confident on your talk. tell if there are any reasons that you stand out from others. Aptitude exams consist of all basic topics where they ask a couple of logic questions. No science. More of math and logic.

Hello Divya. First of all congrats for getting good cut off in your TNEA exams . Since SSN institute is a renowned college for engineering with higher placement offer comparing to any other colleges , the difficulty level for getting into the college also increases. As you have scored good and from the bc community, now the chances for getting into the college is also high. Attend the SSN enterance exam without fail.
