Your NEET score is quite good, so, there will be an availability of management seat in Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences college but that too depends on the category to which you belong to. The category could have answered this question with more ease as there is category wise marking

Being an IP ward candidate will not provide you ESIC medical college in Gen category. Last year cut off marks for Gen category IP ward candidate in ESIC medical colleges was Air 50032 and 548

Since you have not mentioned your category , I'm considering you as a general category . The cutoff is the major factor here as it depends upon the categpory you belong as well. So, the cutoff for mechanical branch in appgcet is different for different category students

If you don't take admission on the basis of JOSAA seat with in the stipulated time, then automatically the seat will be count vaccant and will be forwarded to the other students in the next round. So if you get a better seat through CSAB you can obviously opt for

Students who were not allotted any seat in JoSAA or whoever wants to upgrade their previously allotted seat in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs can participate in CSAB Special rounds
