Hope that you are doing well. Since you didn't mention the name of your state. Therefore it is difficult to predict the state quota for mbbs .
But the all India cutoff for general category is 615, in accordance with last year cutoff , but score is 490

For your AP EAPCET you have less chances of getting Horticulture seat in good Universities in Andhra Pradesh, based on previous year's Closing Ranks. You can try for seat through counseling or can go for normal seat or Management quota seat in good Colleges.
