According to last year 2020 cutoff ranks for Bio-Technology (BiPC) in CBIT college, the cut-off rank for SC girls is 5818 and for SC boys it is 2172. Your rank is 21007 so you may not get in CBIT.

The general cut off for last year was 110 marks ..the cut off changes every year . The cut off scores for OBC, SC, ST.. remains low.
