Im sorry to say but with 39k rank in TSEAMCET you cannot get any of the courses like agriculture, veterinary or horticulture. For agriculture the rank should be around or below 2000 only. Since you didn’t get it, the other way to take admission in Agriculture is through Management

See you already get a seat as a general candidate. And when there was certificate verification scheduled you didn't have your TWS certificate, at that time you was converted into a general candidate. So there's no need of showing TWS certificate during any stage

If we go through 2019 cut-offs under 85% state quota, then chances for GMC with 450 marks seems tough, belonging to general category, however you may have chances for government seats in  private medical colleges such as Ayaan Institute of Medical Sciences, you can go through previous year state
