As according to your rank and category you have average range of chances of getting seats in it.
however you can try for the state level counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP Etc. To

Pec Pondicherry is a public, government, autonomous college it accepts some entrance exam like csir net,gate and centac ,onemust qualify the exam to get a admission and the basic eligibility should be +2 passed through state or central government with 50% in physics, chemistry, maths subjects .

If you want to take admission in PEC college for CSE branch, then only 12th class board examination percentage is not sufficient. You need to crack JEE MAINS exam with good qualifying marks as the admissions are based on the aggregate of 12th percentage and JEE MAINS exam.
