Yes with your rank you can get BDS seat in Andhra Pradesh by State quota other wise 15% all India quota counseling. But getting government college is tough but i think you can get in mopup round or 3rd counselling.

It's very difficult to predict that which college you get. But with your rank getting a government medical college it's very difficult. But you can get government college by mopup round. So go for mopup round. But you can get any private medical college with government uqota.

If you are getting a good college according both counselling and also government college. If you like one of college between both then go for admission dear. If you don't then you will go for mopup round. Because there one chance to get your favourite college.
