Yes, If any student who are not able to produce their category certificate then generally as per guidelines he/she will be treated as General Category Student. So do not worry, if you have good Rank then you will get a Seat through General/Unreserved Category.

There is very high probability of getting a government seat in both AIQ and state quota counseling. As AIQ first round results are out and for general cut off ranks was AIR 12348 in neet2020.you might get here in mop up round.
