In all government medical College , 15% seats are reserved for AIQ and the remaining 85% seats are for state quota. So as per the cut off of neet 2020 , , minimum marks required for general category aspirant was in between 720-147 that is 50 percentile.

According to your AP EAMCET rank you may have chances in some good colleges for bsc

Since you did not get a seat in the first round of counselling and you don't want to do second round of counselling as well you need to simply just not to do anything further. You can just exit the counselling, there is no procedure as such. First round
