You haven't mention your exam name without knowing the exam name it is quite difficult to tell that you may get seat Veterinary. I think you are talking about EAMCET Exam . There are two EAMCET exam:- TS EAMCET or AP EAMCET.
If you are talking about TS
Even Management Quota seats are filled through State Counselling. The remaining seats which are vacant are filled through Direct counselling provided that the Student has appeared for all rounds and has not been able to secure a seat. With a score of 398, a Management Quota seat is difficult but
