As you have wrongly entered your category in the application form for JEE Mains as OBC category but you are originally from general category, then you will be treated as general category as you wont be able to produce a caste certificate.

Hey dear, cutoff varies year to year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a govt. Seat. So, with 349 you won't get a govt. Mbbs seat which ever category you belong to, rather try for

According to your EAMCET marks your rank is between 9.5K - 15K. It may be varies because it depends on some factor like how many student present in exam, how many student qualify the exam. There is no specific cut off for the courses
