Chances are less. But in the previous years, for state quota closing rank went up to 16k for ece and 19k for electrical and electronics, so unless you have a state quota it will be a bit difficult.

AS of now there is no news from the officials regarding the B category seats. The B Category seat counselling has not yet started and it might start after the TS EAMCET counselling is finished. Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has started the TS EAMCET 2022 counselling
