Yes you can change college preference depending on the choice you select during execution of choices
If you choose choice 1 you are accepting the college  you were alloted to in the first round and you will not be considered for further counselling

Don't be very panic ,while filling the option form in first you had been fill some colleges that will not match according to your rank. The cutoff of that colleges might get high. Fill the options carefully In second which can you will get according to your rank in
