I got a college in cet round 1. i accepted the seat and selected not freeze. And if in round 2 i got a college and dont want it and i want to go with my round 1 allotment. so will i be able to do so. is my seat allotment in round 1 safe ?

You are saying that you have got a college in first round but you didn't freeze it and now u are going to other round, in the second round you get another college which you don't like

It is difficult to predict because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like

* Number of seats available

* Difficulty level of the exam

* Number of students appeared in the exam
