First of all, I would like to tell that OU Campus is a web Content Management System(CMS) for colleges, universities, and other higher education institutions.  OU Campus was launched in 1999 using the cloud computing  software as a service (SaaS) product delivery model.

There are colleges which accept you considering your IPE marks. But it might me tough to get a free seat. It would be easy if you get a better rank in JEE or APEAMCET. Hope this helps you out.
