SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai
Hello Aspirant,
SRM doesn't accept EAMCET score so there is no need to write EACMET. But the admissions Process in SRM is based on the Candidates score in SRMJEEE. So aspirant need to write SRMJEEE in order to join in this college with their respective scores.
For more information, refer SRM admissions portal,

Hope this will help you.
For Btech Biotechnology at SRM institute the placement opportunities are the best you could get under Biotechnology course given that it is a research oriented field of study. However the previous year batch had an average package of 3LPA. But if you want to continue with the core subject in your employment as well campus placement won't be ideal as mostly IT Companies lead in campus recruitment drives. SRM is a very reputed college and that increases the certificate value of your degree and Btech being a professional degree will be viewed as a more employable one. Hope this helps and Good luck.
Hi Aspirant,

Hope you found this answer useful.Stay motivated stay positive.
All the best!
Dear aspirant,
If you stay close to kiits like you are from Jharkhand or from West Bengal so you can definitely opt this college as you are getting cse branch here. There is no sense in going to chennai as the placements stats are nothing out of the box of both these colleges.
And so my suggestion is to go for kiits cse as the total fees for 4 years course is approximately 16L and whereas in SRM University it is around 18L . If the ROI factor is considered then kiits would be beneficial.

Hello Aspirant ,
I know the matter is of serious concern but please calm down and hope for the best. Go through the official website of SRM and the branch you paid the money to. Write another mail and contact them on all of the emails and numbers they give on the site as few might have some network connectivity issues. If you still recieve no response from their end , it is advisable to go to the actual university and talk to the adminstration department about the refund. Go to the address on the university and collect your refund as admission personnel will always be there to guide you.
Hope this helps you!
Hello Ramesh,
No, there is no SRM University in Hyderabad but there is SRM College of Education in Hyderabad. This college offers two courses: D.Ed and B.Ed. It is a Private college. The course level of both courses is UG. First-year fees of the courses are B.Ed - Rs.47,000 and D.Ed - Rs. 27,000.
Dear Aspirant,
By looking at your rank I would guess you have a low chance of getting a CSE branch in SRM KTR Campus as the closing rank for this branch lies in between 10,000-10,500 or given any further relaxation it might consider students under 11,000 rank, But don't get disheartened, you shouldn't loose hope. Do keep an eye maybe round 2 of allotment won't disappoint you or who knows you might get lucky.
Other than that, keep giving other entrance exams as well.
GOOD LUCK
Hope this Helps!
