There is no surety of jobs in the civil sector but you can learn many things in Computer science field like Web Development, programming, app development which will help you in future for sure.

see cutoff score changes every year based on the major determining factors, such as number of applicants, question paper level of difficulty, choice of stream. however computer science is one of the most demanding stream right now, since vit is one of the best college to pursue cse, competition to secure a seat in cse at vit is really hard. however based on analysis of previous years cutoff and expected score you have fair chances to secure cse at main campus i.e Chennai campus.

vit has cse course collaboration with IBM, MU sigma, xebia etc. this course is more job oriented and you would get to work with emerging technologies with are related to current industry trend. so you must study hard and brush up skill apart from your college syllabus. your course completion  certificate would issued by SRM .

If talking about this both universities ie, Andhra university and SRM university so one thing is sure that both are quiet reputed and recognised college and both have been a popular choice for the students, so comparing this both is little difficult but ya we can say that SRM university is little better and can be your first preference because the excellence in their education as well as their placement records can impress you very easily but that doesn’t mean Andhra university is behind, rather it also falls in almost same category so you Should try to choose your college wisely.

see srm institute of science and technology offers b.sc in computer science, BCA (bachelor in computer application). eligibility criteria is applicant must complete 10 + 2 (Higher Secondary) with Mathematics as mandatory subject  or Computer Science with Mathematics. In this srm university degree of bachelor's is 4.5 lakhs . Same as normal 4 years . And for the study of medicine also it is high cost maybe 1 crore. (5years).

The hostel fee includes 55000

Among all the universities and colleges that you have mentioned, I think the best would be SRM University for biotechnology or Sathyabama university for the same course because of good faculty and decent research facilities.
