Hi, Srm University Delhi campus highest placement is 24 lakhs upto my knowledge. An average of 4lakhs goes every year and around 60-65%students gets placed every year. Computer science department got most placement every year as it is most demanding for the IT industry.

You can go for mechanical engineering at Thapar but i will suggest you to take the CSE branch if you want to enter into the private firm after your BTech because most of the job opportunities you get after your BTech from CSE branch are in private sector.

Accordingly, SRM SONEPAT is well known university for its best exposure or placements. Particularly in IT AND CE branch the highest package goes upto 25 to 30 lakhs per year which is really a good startup. Hope you find it useful.

There is no second counselling for SRM University. In case, you missed the counselling now you can only get in via Management Quota, provided there are seats available.
