First of all your question is not clear about which college you want to join. Still since the final result of jee Mains is not yet out,the cutoff for admission to various colleges is not yet announced. So you have to wait till April till the final result is announced

I would like to tell you that for admission in SRM , to be on the safer side , I would say anything above 530 marks in NEET.
