According to the ratings of Careers 360, SRM is AAAA+ means Outstanding and Amity has AAAA means good. So this should actually give you the answer. Look up placement reports and read some student blogs/opinions. You will know better.
For aeronautical Hindustan is best than srm.

As per previous year cut off, the closing rank in round 1 was 393831 for SRM so as per this much rank safest score should be 200 approx and there is no MBBS program in VIT as it is basically an engineering college.
