Now as you are taking about SRM University which is also one of the best private University in India and hence securing admission over their requires a very high marks, so for you it will be too difficult to get admission but never the less as i said you should try to reach to the maximum colleges regarding admission so that the chance of getting a good college will be increased.

In SRM University when you can apply there a option give to you that it's your preferable course. After giving your preferable course there may be another option there present to give multiple like two or three preferable course. Then you can write it there. And first you have to give most favorable course then give others courses name there.
After completing your counselling you will get the results from your preferable course. If you can't get this then you can get another subject which will suit your rank.

SRM and KLU are quite similar and have some minute difference. But BITS Hyderabad had its own identity. The college have unique infrastructure and it has some really good teachers. Also the college have very good curriculum and the placement rates as well as the median package are quite higher than that of SRM/KLU. Thus if you want to go for BTech CSE then I would highly recommend you to go for BITS Hyderabad.

See if you are in top NIT's like NIT WARANGAL, TRICHY etc then yeah! the scope you will get in lower branches like Industrial Engineering etc, can be better than the average packages offered in SRM/VIT.
But if you want to say in a broader aspect then firstly you should focus on the subject matter. See there are no so called lower and upper, every branch have its own advantage or disadvantage. But in subjects like CSE/IT the employability is much higher than other branches as the user base is growing every day. Thus I would say if you can go for CSE it would be the best, that is in any college or university. And frankly speaking if you go for VIT then if you are a good student then you will be able to get a job package much greater than you expect in so called lower branches of NIT's.
Now everything is dependent on your thought and if you agree with my facts then only go for it else choose your own best possible path decided by you.
SRM AP and KLU Guntur are quite similar standards so you can choose among this two according to your willingness.
VIT have a very well organized curriculum such that the curriculum provides adequate skills to work in industry as well as to pursue academia. Also the faculties are very well experienced and are active in research. VIT offers a very good rate of placement about 91%. Thus if you want admission in CSE among this two then I would say its better to go for VIT AP. VIT AP have very good infrastructure which is really good fact for science students.

SRM is better than Hindustan Chennai campus. Since SRM is among the top colleges of India offering experienced faulty as well as industry experts, well infrastructure college and labs with all the technology, also providing all the minimum facilities and has good placement records.
The Hindustan offers with 88.8% placement in 2020-2021 while SRM university has placement assistance of approximately 90%. in 2020-2021.
You get good marks in SRM University JEEE examination. The assumption of cutoff in SRM University also release for 2021. So with this cutoff you will get CSE in this college but may be in second or third counselling. Because competition little high in CSE department.
CSE department is good. It's basically computer science related course. But it's quite tough to get the college with CSE department. So you also get chemical engineering, biotechnology engineering, civil engineering. Also you can wait for 2nd counselling may be you will get the chance.
But if you determine to admission in CSE only then you can try another college also.

You got 3250 rank in SRM jeee examination which is good dear. You want to take CSE with AI and ML the stream also very good. And don't be panic. You will get the seats in this university. Because the assumption cutoff 2021 release so in that cutoff marks you will easily get the stream. If the college authority tell you to go 2nd counselling you should go for it. Because they know you will get this stream in 2nd counselling that's why they told you. So don't be panic.
