Basically, scholarship is given based upon the rank. In case of SRM, moreover in PG courses, with 183 rank, you will not be able to get 100% scholarship. But if there's any scholarship( 25% or 50% ), you may be eligible for that.

 Basing the analysis, there are chances to secure seat in electrical branch in the main campus of SRM. The cut offs for 2019 will be decided on the basis of highest marks and difficulty of paper. This will be released at the time of counselling for students convenience.

The free seat is only given to the top scores in PCM or Top 500 rankers of SRMJEEE. As your rank is far away from the rank you have no chances to get free seat at SRM University. You need to pay the  full amount of tution
