Hi Shilpi!! I would like to inform you that SRM do refund the fees if you withdraw but they do it in accordance with their refund and cancellation policy, after you apply for withdrawal,you get back your money within 15 days in your bank account. For the refund and cancellation

For 16000 rank you have no chances of getting CSE at main campus. But looking at previous years cutoff you can get all branches at main campus except CSE like ECE, EEE, IT MECH etc.. you can check cutoff of all campus at the link
