No you cannot change your counselling date but if you do not come on the specified date then your seat will be occupied by someone else and if you come late then you wont be able to get your desired branch and desired campus.

 I can only tell you that on the basis of the given rank that you have scored in SRMJEE, you will not be able to get any good branch like CSE, MECH ,IT EEE, ECE branch in any of the campuses of SRM UNIVERSITY on merit basis. Though

As per previous year's cut off ranks, the cut off for CSE branch is 10000. Hence, you might not be securing a CSE/ECE/IT/Mechanical seat in the desired campus.
