Now you don't have any chances of changing exam centre. Now you have to go there to give this exam.  But you can contact to official helpline numbers for help in this regard. But I think you have to go there .Best of luck for your future.

There is an advantage to the categories you mentioned as the cut offs offered to the specific categories are low than general category.

Moreover, there is certain reservations made for them.

Other than this there is no advantage, the syllabus and exam pattern everything is same.
