Yes if you clear SRMJEE exam you can get admission in any of the SRM colleges.

Yes, most of the institutes do conduct an entrance exam for admission to architecture programme at the undergraduate level like NATA, AMU B. Arch, KCET etc. If you specify the name of the Institute/college we would be able to tell you more specific information.

Yes, you will be eligible for SRMJEEE 2019 since there are no domicile requirements and it is open for all Indian citizens. However, there are some requirements that the candidates will have to fulfil. To know about the requirements read SRMJEEE Eligibility Criteria
Go for some good college in UP, such as Galgotias or Luckknow University, being from UP you will face a hard time in SRM.
According your score the chances are less to get a seat under All India Quota seats & State quota seats but you may have the chance for the state quota seats in the private colleges.
