Well, SRMJEE hasn't started yet phase3 counselling . But as per previous cut off trends , you have high chances to get admission in CSE in the main campus of SRM University. The maximum cut-off rank for CSE in this case is 10000.

The authorities have announced SRMJEEE 2021 phase 3 exam dates. SRMJEEE phase 3 exam 2021 will be held on August 23. The last date of SRMJEEE application for phase 3 is August 18. SRMJEEE 2021 exam will be conducted in remote proctored online mode (RPOM) due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The dates for the slot booking is not yet declared. Keep an eye on the official website for latest information. Once a registered candidate books a slot for appearing in SRMJEEE 2021, they will immediately be able to download their admit cards.

See, there are very few seats in the mentioned branch out of which the major portion were filled in the first phase of the counselling only. Also it has very high demands among the candidates due to rise of technology and automation world. You should try filling out some other choices or different campuses to boost your chances. If there were any left seats, it would be occupied by students applying under management quota.
Note- The program mentioned by you is the most common choice of SRMJEE aspirants.
