SRM JEE Phase 2 counselling has already began from July 6, 2021 for the first round allotment process. The first process is of choice filling. For the second round allotment of phase 2, counselling process will be commenced from July 15, 2021. Further, for round 3 the seat allotment/counselling process will begin from July 24, 2021.

The cutoff for SRMJEEE 2021 for different campuses has not been released yet. But on the basis of previous years cutoffs, I can provide you a rough idea of the seats you can get.
As you mentioned that you have secured 10673 rank, so on the basis of records you might get CSE at SRM Chennai campus, CSE in SRM Sonipat, CSE in Vadapalani campus, EEE, ECE and IT in Ghaziabad campus and CSE in Ramapuram campus. You can check out the cutoffs of different campuses here:

With the help of previous years cutoff records for different campuses of SRM, I can give you a rough idea about the branches you can get with the rank 12161.
The branches which you might get are: Mechanical engg. in Chennai Campus, other than this you might also get ECE, EEE, EI&E in Chennai Campus and CSE in Ramapuram campus.

SRM institute of sciences and technology has started the counselling procedure for phase 2 from today onwards and shall continue still 8th July. All the details and guidelines would have been shared to your register email ID. The counseling process be is conducted in three rounds and the candidates would be required to pay an advance payment of 110000 rupees to confirm their seats.

allready 50% seats have been filled out in ktr if you want kindly wait till phase 2nd or apply for managment quota for confirmed seats or wait dor some cancellations also

The process of doing a admission counselling depends on a lot of factors such as the preferences you are filling in your form the marks or rank which you have scored and also the branch in which you are looking for admission. Now as you have scored a really good marks in your entrance exam hence, seeing it i can guess mostly you will be get called by the 2nd round or confirmed in third round on the basis of your preference and which branch you are looking for so always try to get updates regarding your counselling process.
