Anam, it is not clear what you mean by an Open Application. But NEET is the entrance examination for admission to all Medical Colleges across India. In India we have Government Medical Colleges, Private Medical Colleges, Deemed and Central Universities. All seats in these colleges are filled through NEET score alone. Now even AIIMS and JIPMER will also consider NEET score for admission to their respective Institutions. And now to study MBBS abroad, qualifying in NEET is mandatory.

Hi aspirant,
Kindly mention the exam for which are you asking the cut off marks. Because you will need to get different cut off marks based on your state, category, medical field NEET exam and engineering field JEE exam. If NEET, you may need to get more than 500 marks to get good colleges as a general category student. For JEE mains, you may need to get nearly 89 marks.
Hope it helps.
