First find out in which branch you are interested in ECE or CSE. Just choosing college based on their name is not a good thing. At end what's matters is your interest. As both colleges are good so if you are interested in ECE then go for the sikkim

It's really a good college. And the placement record is actually very good. But the exposure is more than required. If you are interested in only studies, meet new people and also some problem solving skills. This College will be good but with high fees.
