ssb
Greetings!
3 day SSB procedure which is also called as DENOVO SSB is under testing stage as of now. it is undergoing trials at SSB Banglore and are likely to be implemented soon but no official announcements have been made yet. So i would suggest you that do not worry about the duration of SSB as it hardly matters how long it is because testing purpose will be the same which is to find out officer like qualities in you. The proposed changes for DENOVO SSB are as followed.
So just focus on developing the officer like qualities and the process hardly matters. Stay updated with the official website.
I hope this was helpful. Thank you!
Hey!
been a defence aspirant myself and also mentor for few of my friends who did clear ssb, there are few thing you should make sure to clear in 1st attempt.
make sure you inbibe all the 15 OLQ in not just brain but also in muscle, nerves, blood, skin and each and every cell of your body.
live the life and just dont fake it in ssb. always be the person the world would like.
3. be yourself in the interview. dont try to impress.
4. dont flaunt your flaws. but just let them know a few. no man is perfect.
5. english is must though they dont insist enough.
6. be confident and apparently impressive.
these are enough if you have the OLQs.
be prepared for medicals too.
good luck

hi,
It would be quite difficult to take a leave of absence cause you have recently join a new company and not even a one month has passed. I suggest you not to mention the recent Interview as a reason to take leave, it would make you seem irresponsible for the current job and your manager or head of the department may not approve of it. at the last you may seek leave for medical emergency, also it would be best to limit your day of leave to 2-3 days.
Hello...
If you're are happy with your job and your sare so sure that your interview will be going to be clear then you can quit your job but if you are not sure that your interview is on the way to be clear don't quit your job else in which you are happy or which work makes you happy you must do that one
Good luck
