Rituparna Priyadarshini 26th Dec, 2021

Hello.

You have to wait until the ssc registeration allows you q chance to correct your application form in their correction window. If not then your certificate of 10th board will have the date and year of your 10th passing ,so it won't be a problem. If your application and submission has been submitted then you need not worry. my daughter had obtained a duplicate marks memo for ssc, from ap state director of examinations. Now she came to known that the original is in the custody of her degree college admn. can any body suggest as to how to cancel her duplicate memo.

Subhrajit Mukherjee 22nd Dec, 2021

You have nothing to do for cancellation. If you have issued the Duplicate marks memo, keep it and when the degree will be completed your daughter will get the original marksheet and she can use it. There will be no problem if you have two marksheet.

So don't worry and no need to cancel it.

Goodnight :-)

Hello, I hope you are doing well

Any mistake that you made while filing the application form can be rectified once the correction window for NEET PG is open. You will be notified on your registered email id or registered mobile number about the schedule of correction period.

Make sure that you check all the details carefully before submitting the form, as the correction window will be your last chance of rectifying all wrong details in the form. Also, your nationality and category can't be changed even when the correction window opens.

I got my year down after first year in engineering, currently I am in last year and have overall aggregate of 65% in SSC,HSC and engineering. Will that 1 year gap in enginnering affect my placements, am i eligible for placement companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, etc

Subhalaxmi Biswal 27th Jan, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

Leading tech giants and recruitment firms like TCS, Wipro, Accenture have a rule that an education gap of more than one year is not suitable. However, it is different for different firms.

  • For Wipro, a max. of three years of education interval is authorized in the middle of the 10th standard and undergraduate course.
  • No intervals are enabled during Graduation. Graduation must be obtained in 3-4 years.
  • Education must be formal full period only in 10th, 10+2, and Graduation acknowledged by the Central/State GOI.
  • For TCS, It is compulsory to announce the gaps/arrears/backlogs at the time of education and/or job.
  • Interval in education cannot be because of expansive schooling.
  • Any gap in education/job for more than 24 months is not enabled and is acceptable only for reasonable explanations.
  • For Accenture, gap-related norms are not there but the HR interviewer might ask you about it. So, better be prepared for this.

I hope it helps.

Thank you.
