Dear,

If you are pursuing your graduation then you should give your highest qualification as Graduation. Because by the time you pass the ssc exam you will be done with your graduation.

So write graduation as your highest qualification.

Submit an application regarding losing of marksheet to the principal of School from where you have passed out the exam. Mention your roll number and passing year there.

When they verify that you have really passed exam you will get a verifying letter from school.

see as per latest ssc cgl 2021 notification , candidates of final year are eligible to apply but student should complete the graduation on or before 01-01-2021, however if you would not have any current backlog, you may definitely apply. but since you backlog papers exams had not taken

Hello

You can apply for neet while you can register for the duplicate of your marksheet from whichever board you have passed your ssc. Different boards have different websites. You can also write a request letter to your respective school requesting a duplicate marksheet as most schools have them.

The processing takes time. So wait for a while and I think it would be updated within hours of time.

Don't get panicked. If you don't get updated within 72 hours contact the branch they will guide you out.
