For admissions in colleges in Maharashtra through MHTCET in home state quota you need to have a MHTCET domicile.You can take admissions in category B incase either of your parents are a domicile of maharastra as well.You can copy paste and visit the admission brochures on this official site

No admission in coep Pune through JEE mains.  COEP admits only through MHT CET to Maharashtra domicile students.
