You can modify the basic details in the candidate login portal. Go to https://ssc.nic.in/ and login using your credentials. Then click on 'Modify Registration' and click in 'edit'. You can now change/correct the basic details in that you can also correct the class 10th details such as class 10th

Yes, M.Sc. Physics or any other Course student can apply and appear for SSC CGL, provided he or she satisfies the Primary Admission Criteria like having Completed Graduation and many others.

For SSC CGL 2020 entrance examination there is no correction window. The application was closed on January 31, 2021. Once if you have submitted the online application form you cannot correct any details filled by you in the online application form. Multiple applications are not allowed for SSC recruitment.

As per the available information, SSC-CGL has strictly mentioned that it will not entertain any edits/correction in the application forms. However, authorities have given the candidates an option, that it until the registration window is open candidates can make the changes to application form, you can try this once.

Don't worry there might be some technical issue due to network error , so what you should do is just close the  window and re-open it with good network connection and then re-login if you have generated your application ID and password else fill up the new form.

You should try in off time like in the night. If the server is slow then the maximum probability of having a good server condition is in Night. So try to fill the form up in night.
