Its mentioned that to write ssc exam you must have bachelor's degree, if your result releases before exam,then you can write the exam . But if you cannot , then no need to worry you can write ssc exam for atleast 7 years, number of attempts for general category

see as per latest ssc cgl 2021 notification , candidates of final year are eligible to apply but student should complete the graduation on or before 01-01-2021, however if you would not have any current backlog, you may definitely apply. but since you backlog papers exams had not taken

As per the eligibility criteria, candidates of final year can apply for SSC CGL exam , provided they get their essential qualification before the cutoff date. Also, candidates must have atleats 60% in 10+2 with mathematics. to know more, visit here:

Re - Percentage Scored in Qualifying Exam. I graduated from a medical college. Theres no CGPA and for NEET PG we usually enter percentages for all years separately. For SSC-CGL, does it refer only to final year or the average of 4 years?
