what if someone fails in one subject in class 12th but overall result is pass and completed his graduation in first division so is he eligible for SSC CGL examination and can clear document verification?

Nitin Kumar 10th Jun, 2024

Yes,  failing one subject in 12th grade but passing overall and completing graduation in first division will likely make you eligible for the SSC CGL exam and document verification. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) requires a candidate to have passed the 12th class examination from a recognized board. As long as you have a passing certificate for 12th standard, even with a fail in one subject, you meet the basic eligibility criteria.

The SSC CGL emphasizes your graduation degree for most posts. Since you have a first-class graduation, it strengthens your application.

While the general eligibility mentions passing 12th, some specific posts within the SSC CGL might have stricter requirements. Double-check the notification for the specific post you're interested in to ensure there are no additional requirements regarding class 12th subjects or marks.

During document verification, the SSC might ask about the failed subject in 12th. Be prepared to explain the situation honestly. Having a first-class graduation demonstrates your academic ability overall.

sir class 12 me 57% hai to ssc cgl ka form bhar sakte hain

Shilu Singha 29th May, 2024

Hello!

The minimum educational qualification required for applying for SSC CGL is a bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university. And the age limit to apply is 18 to 32 years. If you have only passed your 12th standard then you are not eligible to apply for this exam. You need to complete your bachelor's degree to be able to apply for it.

Hope this information will help. Best wishes ahead!

Is there any engineering colleges in andhra pradesh without eamcet exam

Tanya Gupta 22nd May, 2024

Hello,

Yes, you can definitely join an engineering college without taking the EAMCET. Many colleges conduct their own entrance exams that candidates need to pass to secure a seat. Exams like COMEDK, SRMJEEE, and VITEEE are alternatives to the JEE. Even IIIT Hyderabad has its own entrance exam. Additionally, in Andhra Pradesh, there are private colleges with their own entrance exams. I encourage you to aim high!

hello sir mai chemistry me fail hu but mere12me six subject hai meri marksheet me pass likha hai mere overall 54percetage hai main kya ssc cgl ka exam dene me elegible please tell me

Anannya sarma 12th Aug, 2025

You are qualified for SSC CGL, yes.
Your eligibility is unaffected by your 12th grade grades or subject-specific results; SSC CGL only requires that you hold a **bachelor's degree from an accredited university**.
There is no issue because you meet the graduation requirements and your 12th grade report indicates that you passed.

Additionally, your 12th grade percentage of 54% is irrelevant for CGL.
Just make sure that you have graduated or plan to graduate before the deadline indicated in the notification.

Im doing bsc in microbiology so can I become GST inspector through SSC CGL

Nitin Kumar 23rd May, 2024

No, a BSc in Microbiology wouldn't directly qualify you to become a GST inspector through the SSC CGL exam (Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level Examination). The SSC CGL recruits for various posts, and the eligibility criteria differ based on the specific post.

For the post of GST Inspector (typically under the Central Excise Inspector or Inspector (Excise) cadre), a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration or Law is usually required. Microbiology doesn't fall under the typical qualifica

I had chosen basic math in class 10th I am currently studying in class 11 from humanities stream using basic math will affect my SSC eligibility criteria criteria and other state services exams and UPSC as well

Nitin Kumar 23rd May, 2024

Choosing basic math in class 10th will likely not affect your eligibility for most SSC exams, other state services exams, and UPSC as long as you meet the specific math requirement for the desired post.

Many SSC exams, like SSC CGL or CHSL, have a minimum educational qualification requirement that specifies a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Math in 10th standard usually doesn't play a role in these exams.

Eligibility criteria for state services exams vary, but most focus on the educational qualification required for the specific post. Math from 10th might not be a factor.

UPSC Civil Services Exam (CSE) requires a Bachelor's degree. Math from 10th doesn't affect eligibility.
