You cannot apply for the ssc chsl exam because you are not fulfilling the age rule that is you musy be 18-27 years old by the date when you're applying for the exam.

If you will be 18 years old by April then you can apply for the job...

As per the rules a candidate who is going to appear for SSC CHSL 2019 must have his/her age between 18 to 27 years for general category. This means on 1st August 2019 his/her age should not cross 27 years.

It means  that if there are many subject or courses provided by institute you can only apply for one.

NO you cannot apply for SSC CHSL as you don't fulfill the eligibility criteria. Age Limit for the exam is:

-Candidates must be 18 to 27 years as on August 1, 2019, i.e., those born between August 2, 1992 and August 1, 2001 are eligible for SSC

You can not cancel the registration if the modification limit is over, however, what you can try is open a new form and fill it up with another email id or if it doesn't work make some minor changes either your father's name, DOB or your name (father's name seems
